1. General Return Conditions • Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or a mistake by the store (wrong item sent). • Size, color, fit, or other subjective reasons are not valid grounds for a return. • Returned items must be in perfect condition: • No signs of wear, dirt, damage, or foreign odors. • All tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging. 2. How to Request a Return? 1. The customer must submit an official return request within 3 days of receiving the item by contacting customer support (provide email). 2. The request must include: • Order number • Detailed description of the defect • Clear photos (at least 1MB in size) showing the issue 3. Requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. 3. Who Pays for Return Shipping? • If the mistake is on our end, we will cover the shipping costs. • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for all return costs (shipping, packaging, etc.). 4. Refund Policy • No cash refunds. • If a defect is confirmed, the customer will receive a replacement item or a store credit for future purchases. • Refunds are only issued if the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced. • Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
